Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our task earning platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to register an account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country or region restricted by applicable sanctions laws.
  • You must not have been previously banned from the platform for a violation of these terms.

Account and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You may only operate one account per person; multi-accounting will result in suspension and forfeiture of balances.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Tasks and Rewards

  • Available tasks, reward amounts, durations, and frequency limits are determined by the platform and may change at any time.
  • You must genuinely complete each task as described, including any required minimum duration and proof of completion.
  • Rewards are credited directly to your in-platform balance after a task is verified.
  • We reserve the right to invalidate task completions and reverse rewards that violate the Fraud Policy.
  • Your in-platform balance has no value outside the platform until withdrawn to a fiat currency through an approved channel.

Withdrawals and Payments

  • Withdrawals require meeting the minimum withdrawal amount and providing accurate payment information.
  • Withdrawal fees, exchange rates, and processing times are displayed during checkout and may vary by method.
  • You may have at most one pending or processing withdrawal request at a time.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout; we may reject requests that fail anti-fraud, sanctions, or compliance checks.
  • Once a withdrawal is paid, transactions on external networks (banks, blockchains, payment processors) are final and cannot be reversed by us.

User Conduct

  • You must comply with our Fraud Policy and all applicable laws when using the platform.
  • You must not interfere with platform infrastructure, scrape APIs, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • You must not use the platform to launder funds or to fund any illegal activity.
  • You must not impersonate other users, employees, or third parties.
  • You must not upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or otherwise prohibited.

Intellectual Property

  • The platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

Suspension and Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from the account settings page.
  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms or the Fraud Policy.
  • Upon termination, pending balances earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
  • Provisions intended to survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, remain in effect.

Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific level of earnings is achievable.
  • Task availability depends on advertisers and partners and may change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for content, services, or outcomes provided by third-party advertisers or task sources.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount of rewards paid to you in the prior six months, or USD 100, whichever is less.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
